OUR 10 POINT QUALITY INSPECTION INCLUDES:
- Field of Shingles installed straight with correct nailing pattern
- All rotted wood replaced per building code specification
- Drip edge installed straight with no roofing cement visible
- Building materials installed per manufacturer specification
- Property clear of debris and trash
- Gutters free of roofing material debris
- Dumpster removed and driveway swept off
- No roofing cement on any unapproved surfaces
- Magnet ran around property to remove nails
- Pipe Boots installed correctly (Flange facing out)
